After a quick chat at an event, the client challenged us with the task of restructuring their marketing team & processes, to position them to break new frontiers in Africa.
The Back Story
With 18years of providing Nigerians with quality health products and services, HealthPlus had gained recognition as the household name in the Pharmaceutical industry. However to maintain that position and expand across Africa, they needed a new positioning & marketing strategy; and we were just right for them. One meet, one chat, a few emails and the journey began.
The Process
As is our custom, we began with loads of sessions with the MD, Management, Team Heads and members just to understand their journey so far. We listened with rapt attention and took notes at every meeting until we became active players in the brand’s evolving symphony.
Enablement
Letters were stringed together piece by piece, till they became tangible frameworks. Numbers transformed into colorful charts and pictures of a possible future. These eventually culminated into a better definition of the brand’s vision, re-alignment of all communications with the brand’s ethos, restructuring of a formidable marketing team and fool proof processes, all stringed together to prepare the brand to explore new frontiers.
Growth
The brand has continued to grow and expand across different business lines. It also secured the needed funding to power a lot of the proposed growth initiatives. The sky is now their runway!
