The Back Story
Infinix has been experiencing rapid growth in phone sales across Nigeria however, the brand needed to strengthen its position as a market leader and grow brand affinity. We were more than happy to help them in these areas.
Upon engagement, we conducted first hand research to truly understand their customer segments and their behavioural patterns. We then sat with the in-house team to understand the brand’s vision, goals and expectations. Once fully understood, we held several creative sessions with the D’Mastermind team where we began crafting and developing design concepts in alignment with the defined brand objectives
We have enabled Infinix to unify their social media designs and maintain a consistent look and feel that is on-brand. We’ve also helped Infinix with 4 successful launch campaigns for their new phones in a markets which is still highly competitive.
Within 3 months of engagement, we have enabled Infinix to triple their Instagram followers and grow other social media pages by 10%. We have also seen a marked increase in the quality of social media engagement coming in across the various channels.
